Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all customer enquiries from start to finish
Capturing customer feedback and escalating as required
You will need to show:
Maturity in handing customer service calls.
Experience in handling customer enquiries
Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and high volumes
- A positive attitude and an extremely high level of enthusiasm, initiative and self drive
